Us is the only tabloid to put a teaser about an autopsy report on the cover this week, and it's not like they have an exclusive scoop, as the story had already been published online several days earlier.
You might notice a resemblance between Brittany and Brooke Mueller in the picture below. Kind of a creepy coincidence.
