The Globe headline is short and to the point. This is probably shorthand for a bad health situation for Mr. Haggard that may be fatal, so I'm giving it a Not Long 4 This World (indirect) label.
I'm assuming they didn't come right out and say Haggard was dying because they already had a Brave Last Days headline for Penny Marshall.
