For yet another week, the Sun has cover stories about the End Times but no specific dates mentioned, so I won't comment on that. The Weekly World News, on the other hand, takes a shot at the Tea Party crowd with a story that clowns (plural) have been elected to the U.S. Congress.
I Googled "clowns elected to Congress" to find an appropriate picture for this post and stumbled upon the story of Grumpy the Clown, a TV clown in Brazil who won in a landslide this year. The government is claiming he is illiterate and trying to block him from taking the seat.
To be clear, the Weekly World News specifically stated the U.S. Congress, so they keep to their usual m.o. of not printing true stories.
Even so, I still love the Weekly World News.
