Let me guess the reason. Leno is a jerk who can't keep his word.
That's probably not what the article says. As you know, I look at the covers, I can't bear actually reading the stories. But my guess is as good as theirs, and probably just as well sourced, seeing as I just pulled it out of my sphincter.
